How does this work?

Camping Alert monitors campsite availability every few minutes and detects the moment a previously-booked campsite becomes available again — usually because another camper cancelled their reservation.

Every dot on the map is a real cancellation that happened in the last 24 hours. The color tells you how far out the open date is: red = within 7 days (book fast), amber = 7-30 days, blue = more than 30 days.
