We never delete your alerts automatically. If an alert uses features beyond your new plan (for example, a multi-campground alert after downgrading to Free), it'll be paused and flagged in your dashboard with options to upgrade again or simplify the alert.

When a site matching your criteria becomes available, we send you a notification immediately via your chosen channels (email and/or SMS). The notification includes a direct link to book the site before anyone else.
These badges show how likely a date is to open up due to a cancellation, based on historical booking patterns for that campground. 🔥 Hot means that date opens often, ☀️ Warm means moderate odds, 🌤 Cool means lower odds, and ❄️ Cold means cancellations are rare. You'll see these badges on campground listings, calendars, and in your alert confirmation to help you gauge your chances before you commit to a date.
